Terence Sweeney has extensive hands on experience in business. From starting up his first business at age 21, Terence has been involved in numerous business projects both in the private sector and in corporate. He has successfully been involved in start ups, sales management, led struggling businesses through to success, and been CEO of his own company. Terence enjoys navigating the challenges of business life and has a reputation for thinking outside the box.
Terence is an associate member of the National Speakers Association of Australia and has a Bachelor of Applied Science (I.T.) with distinction.

Terence has been exploring how people work for his whole life. It is his biggest passion. It started as a means to challenge his own performance and has naturally led to making a difference with others. Along the way Terence has led training and development seminars to groups of up to up to 200 people and has over 10 years experience in coaching people who are interested in high performance & fulfillment.
Terence is an APSI Level 1 Ski-Instructor, a PADI Scuba Dive-Master and when at home can often be found ‘dancing like a dad’ with one of his four children.
